| a little more stamina on the elliptical machine. I have increased my time on the treadmill by a few minutes and increased my speed by a whopping 1/10 of a mile (Rome wasn’t built in a day!) I took a few outdoor walks in the late summer sun and took some time to clear the cobwebs from my brain. All in all, I am not ashamed to stand on this |
