Kershaw County men charged in death of N.C. woman |

The body of a missing Charlotte woman was discovered Wednesday in South Carolina, and two men have been charged with murder in her death.Ada Judith Torruco, 33, was last seen May 27. Her remains were found off S.C. 97 in Lancaster County, authorities say.Police in South Carolina say they have charged two men -- Juan Carlos Cruz Estrada, 38, and Javier Agilar Rosas, 29, in her death. The two men live in Kershaw County.Police say they believe Torruco was killed May 29 in Kershaw County, and her body was dumped in nearby Lancaster County. Estrada and Rosas are being held in a Kershaw County jail.Torruco's family members in another state contacted Charlotte-Mecklenburg (N.C.) Police on June 10 and filed a missing person report, saying they had been unable to reach her. [ Full article ] |
