Lawmaker says she was punished politically for not backing DeLeo

State Representative Jennifer M. Callahan leveled charges yesterday that she was punished politically by House leaders for not committing to House Ways and Means chairman Robert A. DeLeo's effort to collect votes to become House Speaker in case Salvatore F. DiMasi resigns.
