Thus far none of the Michigan media seem to be picking up on the story and, as one might expect, the university has nothing to say on the topic. After all, it's Ohio State week and they're too busy fluffing the campus for GameDay's imminent arrival.Still, it's no secret that this season didn't live up to anyone's expectations. The Wolverines may be 8-3, but it's a very shaky 8-3, and losing to Wisconsin so convincingly this last Saturday only started the rumor mill churning. This morning on ESPN Radio, Colin Cowherd even referenced Carr's potentially imminent retirement. Cowherd mentioned the worst-kept secret in all of college football. LSU coach Les Miles is a Michigan guy and has an opt-out clause in his contract for the Michigan job.
