According to John Fund, McCain once said that: ...he would be happy to appoint the likes of Chief Justice John Roberts to the Supreme Court... because 'he wore his conservatism on his sleeve.'" Is it fair to pick this quote out? Maybe. Is it just a question of style? How he "wears his conservatism?" Maybe. McCain needs to clarify. It's a good opportunity for him. [ Full article ] |
