HER SOAP-OPERA DREAM COMES TRUE AS SHE'S VOTED ENTERTAINER OF THE NEW MILLENIUM There's no argument that Celine Dion is one of, if not THE most popular female musical artists of all time, and now our state government is officially recognizing that by naming her Entertainer of the New Millennium. She'll be presented with the unique award tomorrow by representatives of our Nevada Commission on Tourism.
