Ravens deal up for QB Flacco |

The Ravens made Delaware QB Joe Flacco their first-round pick, 16th overall, in the 2008 NFL Draft. Flacco was a Div. I-AA stud with the Blue Hens, and has a lot of intangibles that appeal to the Ravens. Flacco is a tough guy who is tall and has the best arm in the draft according to several analysts.
