They may be rich and famous, but a certain gated community in Southern California wants nothing to do with Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. The expecting parents made an offer on a fabulous house, for which to raise their soon-to-be-born baby. But neighbors decided that they didn’t want the hassle of celebrities living next door.
