A lot of people have been whining about how the latest iPhone update wiped out all the applications they had installed on their phone. I use the word "whining" deliberately, because that's just what it is. When Apple first announced the phone it said that third-party applications would not work on it. Then they went ahead and announced again, at least twice, that updates might break third party applications. So guess what? People went ahead and installed third party applications and then had the absolute gall to complain when Apple did exactly what it told them it was going to do! Give me a break! And let's not talk about all those people who are angry because they unlocked the phone and now it won't work. Hey, you pays your money and you takes your chances, but you shouldn't complain if you loose. Especially when Apple told you the rules of the game in advance. It was your choice, after all.
