Pink and Carey Hart called time on their two-year marriage because their respective careers left little time for each other, it's claimed. Pink announced the split yesterday in a statement via her publicist, which insisted that the “decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.” Carey is reportedly telling pals that the marriage ended because the couple’s careers got in the way of the relationship, according to TMZ. The site reports that, while Pink is set to head back into the studio to work on her new record, Carey - a motocross racer by trade - is busy opening new nightclubs. Over on her website, Pink writes: This break up is not about cheating, anger, or fighting. I know it sounds like cliche bulls***, but we are best friends, and we will continue to be.
