Heroes' Hayden Panettiere is really a hero |

Reading in The Sun today that Heroes' cheerleader Hayden Panettiere (isn't that a great name?) turned real life hero she confronted Japanese fishermen in an attempt to disrupt their annual dolphin hunt, and has a fine history of getting involved in peaceful protests I couldn't help thinking of other stars who could carry their onscreen personas into real life. Hayden didn't use mega-special powers per se, she just gets my vote as a hero for doing such a thing. Right-on perhaps, but fair play to Hayden for standing up for what she believes in. I would have loved it if Hiro had turned up in that scenario to. But what TV characters could turn up in real life and mirror their on-screen personas? There are loads of course. I like the idea of Phil Mitchell driving on an A road and stopping to help a person whose exhaust was hanging off (their car, not themselves).
