Guitarist Joe Don Rooney and his wife Playboy Playmate, Tiffany Fallon became first-time parents on Saturday when Tiffany gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Jagger Donovan arrived at 3:50 p.m. in Nashville, tipping the the scales at 6.45 pounds and measuring 20 inches long. “Mother and son are doing well,” the statement reads. “We are absolutely blown away by this little miracle gift that God has given to us,” the new parents say. “We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for baby Jagger and our new family!” Joe Don and Tiffany, 2005’s Playmate of the Year, have been married for two years.
