What do YOU think? Here is an odd position to be in for the Packers

Brett Favre currently holds the NFL record on straight starts - 275!! That is a HUGE record. Brett Favre wants to play. Coach Ditka and Coach Dungy BOTH said ON THE RECORD that Favre is still “starting material” — my description. Favre says he feels physically fit and ready to play. Do you think the Green Bay Packer management would ever sit Favre on the bench and thus deliberately kill the chance of 276? end the record? forever that record would have an * after it that read: “Brett Favre chould have made 276 or more…but the Packer management put him on the bench and would not reaease him.” What do you think the fans would think if Packer management did that? If they trade him, or release him, Favre will start elsewhere and the record goes on to 276 ….. Share
